In most other regions, it will be the coldest this fall with around 5 degrees Celsius.

Today, the daytime temperature in Seoul is 21 degrees Celsius, and we will restore the level at this time of the year.
The skies will be mostly clear today and there will be thick fog until morning.
There will also be places where the temperature will drop and the ice will freeze and there will be frost.
The lowest temperature this morning is 7 degrees in Seoul and Daegu and 5 degrees in Daejeon, starting lower than yesterday.
The daytime temperature will rise to 21 degrees in Seoul and Chuncheon and 23 degrees in Gwangju, 2 to 5 degrees higher than yesterday.
